League is accepting applications until June 1st, 2008

As of 04/03/2008 All Junior Division Cheering positions are filled.
 (If a 4th Junior Football team is formed 15 more cheering positions will become available.  Call or e-mail for details.)

First time players must include a copy of their birth certificate !!

Mail your form & registration fee to:

  MAYFC, P.O. Box 270, Alfred, Maine 04002

a) Must be 8 years old on or before October 15, 2008

b) No older than 12 years old on or before October 15, 2008

c) Child must be a resident of SAD #57 district.
